Yoga with Clare

These yoga sessions are designed with the mountaintop retreat experience in mind. This is gentle, easy yoga for all ages and experience levels.  (Appropriate for all ages)

Cost: $15 per person for the general public/ included for guests staying on property (please call 828-862-4207 to reserve your spot or register when you check in)
Availability: Pre-registration is required.

Ages: All ages (Children must be accompanied by an adult)

Other Info: Bring layers, sunscreen, and bug spray in case we are outdoors. We have extra yoga mats on site, but if you have one that you can travel with, please bring it.
