NEW for 2026! Earthshine Lodge’s Summer Day Pass invites families, adults, and curious adventurers to enjoy hands-on activities, guided exploration, and a delicious lunch – all without staying over night. You get a mountain- fueled summer-camp experience just for the day.
Summer Day Pass Schedule
9:30am – Check-in
10:00am – Morning Activity Session*
12:00pm – Lunch served at the lodge
1:30pm – Afternoon Activity Session*
*Guests will choose from one of two offered activities during each session (listed on the left or click here for the schedule)

Dates must be reserved in advance. All participants under 18 years old must have active supervision from a chaperone or guardian on all of the activities at all times.Â
Guests choose one activity for the morning session and one for the afternoon session.
Cancellation policy: Our activities require advance planning and staffing and can be significantly affected by last minute cancellations. Guest passes are non-refundable but may be rescheduled to another available date if notified 48 hours in advance.Â
Weather policy: Activities continue rain or shine. If we feel that the weather conditions will interfere with guests’ safety and need to cancel an activity due to inclement weather, we will notify guests as soon as possible and issue a full refund or reschedule depending on the guest’s preference. Due to our location, weather is often difficult to predict so we continuously monitor the conditions and will communicate any changes to our programming to you via email and/or phone.Â
