Activities continue rain or shine. However, if we feel that the weather conditions will interfere with guests safety or are not conducive to a great experience (storms, heavy rain, or icy conditions), we will evaluate on a case by case basis. If we need to cancel an activity due to inclement weather, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund or reschedule depending on the guest’s preference. Due to our location, weather is often difficult to predict so we continuously monitor the conditions and will communicate any changes to our programming to you via email and/or phone.
Please understand that our activities require advance planning and staffing and can be significantly affected by last minute cancellations. Guest cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours in advance for llama hikes. Reservation changes or cancellations made before these time restrictions receive a full refund (minus the 3% booking fee). Changes, cancellations, and/or early departures under 48 hours in advance of llama hikes will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
