The Earthshine Story
Earthshine Lodge hosts and provides extraordinary experiences through overnight stays, retreats, outdoor education, and adventure programs.
Earthshine is a place where guests disconnect at a secluded mountain oasis with picturesque views and acres of forest to explore. While here, guests are encouraged to develop connections with self, others, and the natural environment.
A long history of providing adventure in the NC mountains
Earthshine began 30 years ago as an outdoor education center. The original owners knew when they found the property that the land was special place. Since then, Earthshine Lodge has gone through many changes, although at its heart, the mission to provide extraordinary life-changing experiences has stayed the same.
Earthshine officially closed its doors in 2018 and was purchased by new owners in 2019. While there are changes in the works, the legacy of Earthshine and magic that brings people back year after year stays the same.
