“Bed & Breakfast” accommodations are open to the public for booking through the summer months (Memorial to Labor Day), with a couple of leaf season weekend exceptions in October. If you are interested in booking a stay on another date in the year, please call the lodge to check availability or check out one of our amazing retreat experiences. The property is reserved for exclusive use events, outdoor education programs (and more) during the rest of the year. Earthshine Lodge is open primarily for group bookings most of the year (family reunions, weddings, school groups, church retreats, etc.), but we reserve certain dates for individual reservations so that everyone has a chance to enjoy the mountaintop!
Booking a mountain getaway is easier than ever with Earthshine Lodge’s all-inclusive reservations. There is something for everyone, so bring your friends, family, or loved ones for an unforgettable retreat to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Enjoy seasonal lodge meals prepared by one of our chefs throughout your visit.
While we have plenty of activities to offer while you are on site, you can choose how you wish to spend your time (think summer-camp vibe where you can pick and choose what you would like to take part in!). Take advantage of our programs such as guided nature hikes, blacksmithing programs, and archery and tomahawk throwing adventures or sit on the porch and enjoy the endless views of Pisgah Forest with a good book. And don’t forget about our hikes with llamas! Everything is included with your overnight rate!

What Is Included With Your Stay
Meals
We believe that great food is an important part of the Earthshine experience. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included throughout your stay. We call it healthy southern lodge food, but we think you’ll call it delicious. Our chef(s) plan menus to appeal to all and include kid-friendly options. We do our best to cater to all food allergies and preferences, so please let us know when you book.
Activities
Multiple activities will be offered throughout your stay (two-four activities per day depending on instructor availability). Prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email with a full schedule of programs so that you can plan your visit. For more information about activities that we offer on site, click the button below. And, yes, our popular llama hikes are also included with your stay (when available)!
