February 28, 2025 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
$49

Come join us for a “Winter Cozy” – An evening of stories, food, and song presented by local musician and chef, Aoife Clancey.

Aoife will provide a meal of some of her favorite recipes, well suited for a cozy winter evening, followed by stories from her upbringing in Ireland and as a touring musician. After dinner, she will present a mini concert featuring songs that she grew up with along with her own personal favorites! The event menu is on the reservation page. Aoife will be sending guests home with her recipes.

Aoife Clancy hails from Co Tipperary Ireland. Growing up in a family steeped in music, Aoife’s father, Bobby Clancy, was a member of the group the Clancy Brothers. From an early age, Aoife performed with her dad in folk clubs and festivals throughout Ireland. In her teens, Aoife’s parents purchased a country inn and delighted in serving delicious food and hosting live music events. This early adventure in life was the inspiration for her enduring love of ‘cooking up’ delicious meals appealing to both the palate and the eye.

In the early 90’s Aoife moved to the States and was invited to do a tour of Celtic music in Boston, MA. After performing solo for a few years, she released her first CD and was asked to join the acclaimed group Cherish the Ladies out of New York City. The group toured over 200 dates a year and were featured with the Boston Pops on their grammy nominated CD “The Celtic Album” along with recording numerous projects under RCA Victor. After a few years of touring internationally, Aoife decided to leave the group and pursue her love of cooking. She continued to perform but found herself becoming more involved in the culinary world. In 2019 Aoife started her own private chef/catering business called Divine Necessities. With music being such an integral part of her life, she decided to combine her two passions and offer events which featured her love of cooking AND music!
