Take some time to focus on your health and well-being this summer. Enhance your wellness journey with a relaxing weekend of yoga, guided nature hikes, and more. Use this time to renew in the stillness of the wilderness, the beauty of the mountains, and the nourishment of our delicious, wholesome mountain lodge meals.

The retreat fee includes a private or shared room for two nights, delicious plant-based meals starting with a reception and dinner on Friday through Sunday breakfast, and all programs. Special for the Relax & Renew Weekend, each guest will receive a gift basket full of locally-sourced items selected with pampering in mind.
