Through breath\, movement\, stillness\, and wild beauty\, you’ll awaken the quiet wisdom of your body and reconnect with the sacred presence that’s been within and around you all along. \nThroughout the weekend\, you’ll be gently guided through practices that support you in reconnecting with your body\, your breath\, and the living world around you. Slow flow and restorative yoga will help release tension and create space for ease and possibility. Guided breathwork and meditation will calm the nervous system and invite clarity. Therapeutic nature-based practices and ceremony will deepen your sense of connection with the sacred within and in the landscape. \nYou’ll be held by the mountains\, nourished by the crisp air\, and invited to listen deeply—both inwardly and outwardly. Through elemental Qi Gong\, intuitive writing\, and seasonal teachings\, you’ll attune to the rhythms of fall and learn to receive its wisdom. Hurricane Helene made it difficult to get to the Western North Carolina Mountains last fall\, so we want to celebrate the leaves and the comeback of this area in 2025! \nYour mountain getaway is now all-inclusive so you bring your suitcase and let us take care of the rest! Breakfast\, lunch\, and dinner are served in the lodge main dining room to keep you fueled up for all of the on-site activities. Each day has a schedule of Earthshine favorites like blacksmithing\, creek hikes\, archery & tomahawk throwing\, nature hikes\, and yes\, even llama hikes! Feel free to take part in any or all of the activities or simply enjoy time away from the hustle of every day life.
