These yoga sessions are designed with the mountaintop retreat experience in mind. This is gentle, easy yoga for all ages and experience levels. (Appropriate for all ages)
Cost: $15 per person for the general public/ FREE for guests staying on property (please call 828-862-4207 to reserve your spot or register when you check in)
Availability: Pre-registration is required.
Duration: 1 hour
Ages: All ages (Children must be accompanied by an adult)
Other Info: Bring sunscreen and bug spray in case we are outdoors. We have extra yoga mats on site, but if you have one, please bring it.
