Creative Intentions Retreat

Our amazing art instructor, M Rathsack, is offering a retreat focused on using art, writing, meditation, and yoga to set intentions for yourself and your endeavors. Spend your days exploring different art mediums along with journaling and mindfulness to set intentions for yourself and your plans in the future. Get to know the other participants and form community around common goals and interests. Breath in the mountain air and leave your other world behind for a few days; capture the healing essence of nature amongst the trees and meadows. Make this retreat what you need to be a more mindful and centered person when you head back to your life.
